Peter D. Messner, Q.C. is a partner with MSM Law LLP and leads the firm’s litigation practice from our 100 Mile House office.
Peter has practiced law in the Cariboo for over 44 years as a Barrister and Solicitor representing clients at all levels of our courts, including several times at the Supreme Court of Canada. Peter strives to resolve clients’ legal issues in an efficient and fair manner. He handles many claims for injuries suffered in motor vehicle accidents and never acts for ICBC on such claims. Peter is a long-time member and supporter of organizations such as the Trial Lawyers Association of B.C. and the Canadian Bar Association.
Outside of the office, Peter enjoys all the Cariboo has to offer: he is an avid golfer, boater, gardener, snowmobiler and former pilot.
